Do you work on clocks?

No, even though clocks are our horological cousins we do not offer any clock repair.

 

Do you charge for estimates?

Yes, there is a $20 non refundable discovery fee that covers the diagnosis.  This fee will be applied to the final bill of any approved repairs.

 

Do you work on pocket watches?

We only service wrist watches, but we offer authentication and appraisal services for pocket watches.  

 

Can I get my battery installed while I wait?

We typically require 24 hours to complete a proper battery service.  However, same day service can be accommodated with an appointment.  Appointments can be made using our Discovery Watch Service.

 

Do you do Seiko mods?

We recommend all Seiko watches be sent directly to the factory, unless it is a basic battery service.  Contact COSERV at 201-529-3316.
